Evolution5 Appoints New Director to Lead and Expand its Construction Consultancy Services in London
Construction consultancy Evolution5 has appointed Gary Jacobs as Director of its new London office.
The new base which is located near Kings Cross has just opened and is part of the consultancy's ongoing expansion and commitment to offering the highest service standards for its London-based property and construction clients.
In this role, Gary will lead the London office for Evolution5 and will work with developers, commercial property investors, building owners and landlords to further develop the consultancy's client portfolio for project management, building surveying and cost management services.
Commenting on this latest appointment, Jamie Barrett, Managing Director of Evolution5, said, "We are delighted to welcome Gary to the team. His depth of experience and enthusiasm will further strengthen and expand our operations in London and will help us build on our reputation for outstanding service delivery."
An active member of the RICS and the Association for Project Management, Gary is a chartered building surveyor and qualified project manager. He joins the Evolution5 team with 17 years' experience gained from working in the UK, Middle East and Eastern Europe. He has project managed major developments - both new build and refurbishment schemes - in the hotel, retail, residential and commercial sectors - and provides the full scope of building surveying services.
His previous positions have included seven years working in Eastern Europe for Gardiner and Theobold, ultimately as a partner; two years in Qatar on developments for the World Cup as a client's consultant, and then as a Senior Project Manager for another leading London-based property consultancy.
Evolution5 offers a range of construction consultancy services, including project management, construction management and cost management to clients in both public and commercial sectors.
