Evolution5 Further Strengthens Cost Management Business
Construction consultancy Evolution5 has further strengthened its cost management business with the appointment of Chris Burnell as Head of Cost Management.
An active member of the RICS and an associate of the Association for Project Safety, Chris is now responsible for leading Evolution5's cost consultancy team and for expanding its customer base in the residential, industrial, commercial, and healthcare sectors, and its work with schools and universities.

Chris brings 15 years' experience in cost consultancy and project management to his new role, which has included senior consultant and associate positions for other leading construction consultancies. He has provided cost management services for projects across the South, including an 18th century warehouse conversion into apartments in Dartmouth, the re-modelling of a primary school in Reading, a £15 million mixed-use waterfront development on the River Thames in London, and the construction of 80 industrial units in Aylesbury.
Evolution5 offers a range of construction consultancy services, including project management, construction management and cost management to clients in both the public and commercial sectors.
Evolution5's latest cost management projects include the renovation and extension of the University of Winchester's historic Winton Chapel and a cost consultancy commission for a distillery in Scotland.
