Technal Launches App for Architects and Specifiers
Architectural aluminium façade systems specialist, Technal, has launched a new tablet app for architects, specifiers and contractors.
Users can now receive fast and direct answers to specification queries with simple access to technical data using the latest interactive technology and user-friendly interfaces.
This comprehensive and continually-increasing architectural database allows access to a vast library of product information and images, making it a convenient specification tool.
The new app, which can be downloaded free of charge from iTunes and Google Play, provides:
- Design and fabrication data for the full range of Technal systems, including curtain walling, low-rise glazing, windows, doors and solar shading
- Section drawings for each façade product
- A photo gallery for each system to allow finishes, profiles and accessories to be viewed
- Reference projects from around the world so specifications for new designs can be verified against similar built solutions.
This latest tool from Technal is designed to save design time and improve the accuracy of specifications by providing a wealth of information about façade system solutions which are instantly available to specifiers and building designers.
All the information can be downloaded, shared or 'favourited' so preferred products are available for reference even more quickly.
