Foremans Helps More Companies Expand Following Increase in Stocks of Modular Office Buildings

Following a business acquisition, Bendalls Engineering in Carlisle had a requirement for a self-contained office building as an alternative to constructing new accommodation. This would be located on a steel platform inside its factory.
This expanding company manufactures precision machine components for the oil and gas, petrochemical, nuclear, renewable energy, and automotive industries, both in the UK and for export. Foremans supplied a second hand 34ft single Portakabin building for the Bendalls project to provide a dedicated office for the new business and its administration.
Commenting on the project, Norman Addison, Managing Director at Bendalls Engineering, said, "The difference in cost between new manufacture and a pre-owned Foremans building was considerable. However, having visited Foremans' centre and seen a lot of buildings at first hand, we felt there was very little difference in the quality."
